01 Where we deliver
We deliver to almost every PIN code in India through reputed courier partners. If a courier does not serve your area, we will contact you to arrange another option before we ship.
02 How long it takes
Delivery time has two parts:
- Printing time: most orders are printed and checked within 2–4 working days after your design is approved. Large school and company orders may take longer; we will tell you the date when we confirm your order.
- Courier time: usually 2–5 working days after dispatch, depending on your city.
The estimated delivery shown on each product page is a guide, not a promise. Holidays, weather and courier delays can add time.
03 Delivery charges
A flat delivery charge is added at checkout. Orders above the free-delivery amount shown in your cart are delivered free. Any charge is always shown before you pay.
04 Tracking your order
When your order ships we send the courier name and tracking number by email or SMS. You can also check the status any time on our Track Your Order page with your order number and mobile number.
05 Bulk and school orders
Large orders can be delivered in batches, or to more than one address, if you ask us in advance. Delivery charges for bulk orders are included in your quote.
06 Damaged or missing parcels
Please check your parcel when it arrives. If the box is damaged or something is missing, take a photo and tell us within 48 hours at support@mustprint.in or 90872 90672. We will reprint or resend at no cost when the problem is on our side or the courier's.
