About the Stamp Designer
This stamp maker designs a company seal or office stamp in your browser: round, oval or rectangle, with the name curved round the edge, a star or text in the middle and the ink colour you choose. You download it as a PNG with a see-through background, so it sits cleanly on invoices, letters and PDFs.
Good for
- A company or shop seal for invoices and letters
- “Authorised Signatory”, “Paid”, “Received” and “Approved” stamps
- School and principal stamps for certificates
- A design to show a stamp maker before ordering a real rubber stamp
Tips
- Start from a ready design (Company seal, PAID, School…) and just change the words.
- Keep the curved text short; long names are made smaller to fit.
- Blue or violet ink looks most like a real stamp on documents.
- Turn on “Real rubber-stamp look” for a printed, slightly worn feel.
How to use the Stamp Designer
- 1 Pick a shape (round, oval or rectangle)
- 2 Type your company name and text
- 3 Download the stamp as a transparent PNG
Questions about the Stamp Designer
Can I use the stamp picture on documents?
Yes. The PNG has a see-through background, so it sits neatly on Word files, PDFs and invoices.
Can I put two lines in the middle?
Yes. Type a | between them, for example “PROPRIETOR | Sign”, and each part goes on its own line.
Is a stamp picture legally the same as a real stamp?
It depends on where you use it. Many offices accept a stamp picture with a signature on soft copies, but some papers need a real stamp in ink. Check with the office that asks for it.
Are my files uploaded anywhere?
No. This tool works inside your own browser. Your files never leave your phone or computer, and nothing is kept.
